Hillsborough police on Sunday arrested a man who had been convicted of indecent exposure but had not properly registered as a sex offender. Police said Ignace Rothschild, 51, was further violating his registration requirements by living on Eucalyptus Road within 2,000 feet of North School. Rothschild had been convicted of indecent exposure in 1996 for an incident near Edgewood Road and Interstate Highway 280, police said. Police arrested Rothschild early Sunday and he was booked into San
Mateo County jail. He is being held on $10,000 bail.
