Santa Rosa police said a third suspect in a Roseland stabbing murder Saturday was arrested today in South Lake Tahoe.Edward Scuitto, 24, was arrested with the assistance of South Lake Tahoe police and the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department, Santa Rosa police Lt. John Noland said. Scuitto was booked into the El Dorado County jail on a no-bail warrant for murder, two counts of attempted murder, two gang-related enhancements and a parole violation, Noland said.Police arrested Cesar Chavez, 21, of Santa Rosa, Sunday. Chavez and Scuitto are suspected of fatally stabbing 25-year-old Bounnie Dohangmeechit and stabbing three other men at a birthday party at 2506 Pearblossom Dr. around 10 p.m. Saturday. Chavez is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning in Sonoma County Superior Court. He is being held under no bail in the Sonoma County jail.Santa Rosa police also arrested 21-year-old Jessica Morell for being an accessory after a felony and for two gang-related enhancements. She pleaded not guilty and is being held in the Sonoma County jail under $60,000 bail.There also is an arrest warrant for 20-year-old Roberto Herrera, according to Sonoma County Court records.Police said the assaults occurred during a fight in the front yard of the house after the party was interrupted by uninvited guests. The suspects fled in a red or burgundy Acura.Dohangmeechit died of his injuries shortly after the assault. Two brothers, Mike Andee, 21, and Wilson Andee, 18, both of Santa Rosa, were also injured and were admitted to a hospital. The victims are not documented gang members, Noland said.A fourth victim, Michael Phipps, 20, of Santa Rosa, also suffered a non-life-threatening injury, Noland said.
