* Damion Davis arrested in Suisun City for burglary after fleeing into Laurel Creek

Police arrested a suspected auto burglar after chasing him into a creek in Suisun City early Thursday morning. Officers on patrol spotted 25-year-old Damion Davis on the roof of a home in the northeastern part of town at about 4 a.m. Thursday, police said.Davis fled, climbing over fences and eventually fleeing into Laurel Creek near Blossom Drive, police said.Fairfield police helped set up a perimeter to search for Davis. He was eventually found hiding in some bushes along the creek. Davis, a Suisun City resident, is suspected in several recent auto burglaries in the city, police said.He was arrested for possession of stolen property and grand theft.Anyone with information on the case is asked to call Suisun City police Detective Mike Rowe at (707) 421-7373.
