A 37-year-old parolee is being sought on suspicion of killing the mother of his child in her Bay Point home Tuesday, Contra Costa County sheriff’s spokesman Jimmy Lee said today.Gary Costa is described as a white man about 5 feet 4 inches tall with red hair and green eyes. He weighs about 200 pounds and should be considered armed and dangerous.He was last seen driving a black 2009 Toyota Camry with California license plate No. 6GAF450 and is believed to be either in the Sacramento, Clearlake, Ukiah or Vallejo areas.Costa is believed to have killed 26-year-old Sarah Morgan inside her apartment in the 600 block of Medanos Loop. Although the motive for the killing is still unknown, investigators have said that Morgan and Costa had a relationship and have a child together, Lee said.Morgan was found dead inside her apartment shortly before 3 p.m. Tuesday after maintenance workers heard a fire alarm and entered the unit.   • Its a sad situation all the way around. The Police shouldnt of been the onez to prosicute him. This is america thats what the court system is for.
