A 57-year-old Oakland man has been charged with murder for allegedly fatally shooting another man Monday night in an argument over a woman, according to Alameda County Chief Deputy District Attorney Tom Rogers.Rogers filed the murder charge against Christopher Miles on Wednesday in connection with the death of 59-year-old Danny Jackson. Jackson was killed at about 10:40 p.m. Monday in a yard of a house where Miles was living in the 1400 block of 79th Avenue.Miles was scheduled to appear in court today on the murder charge.His next court date wasn’t immediately available.
