Santa Cruz and Los Gatos police are trying to identify the man in these photos. Detectives report that on 4-7-10, at approximately 1405 hours, the above pictured suspect entered Bank of America on Mission Street in Santa Cruz. Upon approaching the teller, he brandished a semi-auto pistol and demanded money. The suspect began to suspect the tellers were pushing the 211 alarm button and fled the bank without any loot. Bank employees described the suspect as a white male in his forties, 5-8 to 5-10 with a medium build, brown hair and beard. He was wearing a hat, green shirt, and dark pants and was carrying a brown paper bag. The firearm was similar to a Luger or Ruger Mark III.
