ARRESTED

The Sunnyvale Police Department is currently seeking Roselia Garcia on a warrant charging her with an Assault with a Deadly Weapon that occured in San Jose and investigation of a robbery in Sunnyvale. Detective Jim Choi reports that on February 11th 2010 at about 1 PM, a robbery and Assault with a Deadly Weapon allegedly occurred at the Vagabond Inn in Sunnyvale. The victim reports that he was allegedly kicked and punched numerous times and two suspects eventually fled the scene. The female has allegedly been identified as Roselia Garcia and is known to hang out in San Jose and Watsonville.
