One person was killed and two others were injured in a drive-by shooting in unincorporated North Richmond on Thursday night, Contra Costa County sheriff’s spokesman Jimmy Lee said today.The shooting happened shortly after 9 p.m. in the 1500 block of Fifth Street, at Chesley Avenue, Lee said.A bystander reported that one person had been shot, but when deputies arrived, they found three victims suffering from gunshot wounds. They were transported to a local hospital, where one victim died from his injuries.He has been identified as 27-year-old Richmond resident Dynel Bailey, a deputy coroner said. The two other victims are believed to be a 29-year-old woman and a 39-year-old woman, but investigators were still working to identify them this morning. One of the women is in critical condition. Lee did not know the condition of the second woman.Investigators haven’t determined a motive for the shooting and have not identified any suspects.
