  • Ricky Montoya Gerkin was killed on Aug.15,2008 on King Rd. and Flanigan Dr. at the 7-eleven in the parking area of the store where he was the victim of a drive -by shooting… He was crossing the street with three other friends walking one of three friends home. The three boys had crossed the street while waiting for the forth friend to cross the the street when a car sped in front of them cutting off the other one waiting to cross the street the people in the car had a verbal confrontation with the three boys and pulled a gun out the passering window of the car and opened fire on the three boys Ricky and the other two boys proceeded to run away from the car towards the 7-eleven store but saddly Ricky was shot inthe back of his head his foot and leg trying to escape his death one of the other boys was shot but survived the other two escaped without harm…saddly the survivors relive that horrifying night over and over again visualizing the tragic death of a dear friend…A boy named Ricky who had just celebrated his 16th birthday just 1 month and a day before that very sad night he became an innocent victim of violent crime… It’s almost 4 yrs. now and Ricky’s Father Mother & sister are still hoping that someone can help bring closure and justice for Ricky’s senseless death….thru Fugitive watch can help bring Ricky’s killer forward and not let him hurt anyone else ..an anonymous tip can bring justice to Ricky and peace to his family and friends..
