Arson investigators have confirmed that a small fire that damaged a church in Pittsburg on Saturday was intentionally set, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District spokeswoman Emily Hopkins said today.The fire was reported just before 9 a.m. at the Church of the Living God in the 1100 block of Harbor Street, a fire dispatcher said.Firefighters arrived to find that a small fire had been set just inside a window and were able to quickly contain it, Hopkins said.No injuries were reported, Hopkins said, but the blaze caused an estimated $75,000 damage to the structure and $50,000 damage to its contents.As of this afternoon, no suspects had been identified and no arrests had been made,Hopkins said.Anyone with information about the fire is asked to call the fire district’s arson tip line at (866) 502-7766
