* Gregorio Luna-Licona Arrested For Alleged Indecent Exposure at Concord Park

A 27-year-old Concord man was arrested Sunday afternoon on suspicion of exposing himself to a woman in Ellis Lake Park, Concord police Lt. Jim Lardieri said today. Police received a call at about 4 p.m. from a woman reporting that a man had exposed himself to her, police said. Officers contacted the victim and were able to identify the man as Gregorio Luna-Licona.
Luna-Licona was still in the park, located at 1531 Ellis St., when police arrived. He was arrested and booked into city jail. He was later released on a written promise to appear in court, Lardieri said. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the Concord Police Department’s Investigations Bureau at (925) 671-3030. Callers who wish to remain anonymous can call the police department’s tip line at (925) 603-5836.
