* San Jose Police Trying To Identify Suspects That Allegedly Commit Theft At Westgate Valley Fair

ID #10-61
The San Jose Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify the suspects in these photos.  Detective Hau Ngo reports that on December 17th 2009, at about 11:05 AM, Suspect #1 entered the “employees only” back room of a store located at the Valley Fair Mall. An employee entered the back room and observed the suspect standing near the employee’s lockers. The victim saw her purse on a desk and it appeared to have been ransacked. The suspect claimed to be looking for a restroom but when the victim asked the suspect to empty out his pockets, the suspect allegedly pushed the victim aside and ran from the store. The suspect was then seen by mall security running and quickly jumping into a silver 4 door vehicle. The vehicle was driven by an unknown female. It was later discovered that another locker was also ransacked and a victim’s wallet had been stolen from her purse. Later that same day the suspects allegedly used the victims’ credit cards to purchase goods at the Great Mall in Milpitas.
