* Daly City Police Seeking Daniel Delarosa For Alleged Grand Theft, Meets Victim On MySpace

The Daly City Police Department is currently seeking Daniel Delarosa on a warrant charging him with Grand Theft. Detective Thomas Prudden reports that a Victim met Delarosa online through the social media site, MySpace. On two dates in January 2010 , the Victim invited Delarosa to his home. During the second encounter, Delarosa allegedly took over $5,000.00 worth of jewelry from the victim’s parent’s bedroom. When victim’s parents returned home, they noticed the theft, and called Delarosa who denied taking the jewelry. When police investigated they discovered Delarosa had allegedly sold the jewelry to some pawn shops. Delarosa may be living in the San Francisco State University area. His last known home address was on number 20 Russell Road in Salinas, CA. He was last contacted by law enforcement in February 2010 when the Los Angeles Police Department, Hollywood Division arrested him for allegedly driving under the influence. Police report Delarosa allegedly has on his Myspace page “I hate the police..and listening to any kind of authority”.
