* Alex Lemos And Will Aubrey Cunningham Jr. Have Been Arrested For January Home Invasion Robbery On Black Tail Street Santa Rosa

Santa Rosa police arrested a second suspect Friday in a home invasion robbery in the southwest part of the city in late January.The robbery was reported shortly before 2:55 a.m. on Jan. 27 at a home in the 2800 block of Black Tail Street, according to police.Three suspects, one armed with a handgun and a knife, entered the home and demanded money, jewelry, guns and drugs, police said.The two victims in the home were robbed of cash, a laptop computer, and jewelry that was valued at more than $70,000, according to police.Detectives from the Police Department’s violent crimes team investigated the case, and arrested Alex Israel Lemos, a 19-year-old Santa Rosa man, on Feb. 10.On Friday, investigators identified Will Aubrey Cunningham Jr., a 31-year-old Rohnert Park man, as a second suspect in the case.With the assistance of Petaluma police, Cunningham was taken into custody Friday without incident.Both Lemos and Cunningham have been booked into Sonoma County jail on suspicion of robbery.A third suspect in the case is still outstanding.Anyone with information about the case is encouraged to contact Santa Rosa police Detective Mahre at (707) 543-3590.
