* 17 Year Old Boy Shot on Oak Street in San Jose

A 17-year-old boy was injured in an apparent gang-related shooting in San Jose this afternoon, a police spokesman said.
Officers responded to the 200 block of Oak Street at about 4:45 p.m. and found the teenager suffering multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital, where he underwent surgery and is expected to survive, police Sgt. Ronnie Lopez said. A suspect description was not immediately available, but Lopez said the suspect might have fled in a green four-door, Honda-type vehicle.
