Vacaville police arrested two 15-year-old boys after one of the teens stole his father’s handgun and then had the weapon stolen by the second boy.The theft, which was reported Thursday, occurred on Tuesday at a home in the 200 block of Cedar Street, according to police. Investigators believe the victim’s son stole the handgun with the intention of selling it to the other boy, police said.However, the other boy then forcibly took the gun and threatened to harm the son if he told police about the theft.Officers found the boy and arrested him on suspicion of robbery and making criminal threats. The victim’s son was also arrested on suspicion of grand theft of a firearm, according to police.The handgun still had not been recovered by police as of Saturday.
