A 29-year-old Sebastopol man was arrested for evading police in Santa Rosa on Friday evening after a K-9 police dog had to track him down. At about 6:55 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle near 440 Sebastopol Road, according to Santa Rosa police. The vehicle came to a stop, and the driver got out and ran away on Sebastopol Road, according to police. Several officers responded to the area and attempted to locate the driver, later identified as Sebastopol resident Sebastian Valdez.
