A 21-year-old San Rafael man was arrested in San Anselmo early Saturday morning for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and possessing ecstasy with intent to sell. At about 12:30 a.m., Jose Luis Mejia was pulled over on his motorcycle for speeding, police said. He appeared intoxicated, and an investigation revealed he was driving under the influence, according to police. Officers then searched his motorcycle and found 96 ecstasy tablets.Mejia was booked at the Marin County jail for possession of a controlled substance for sale, driving under the influence, probation violation, and driving a motor vehicle without a valid license.
