* Dat Nguyen Identified As Fatal Stabbing Victim At Restaurant On Berryessa Road

San Jose police identified 37-year-old Dat Nguyen today as the victim of a fatal stabbing early Friday morning.Officers found Nguyen suffering from a stab wound after responding around 1:10 a.m. to reports of a fight at a restaurant in the 2500 block of Berryessa Road, San Jose police spokesman Jermaine Thomas said.Nguyen, a resident of San Jose, was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.A preliminary investigation revealed that a fight inside the restaurant led to the stabbing.
No suspects have been arrested, Thomas said.
