A 15-year-old boy was identified by police today as the victim of a fatal stabbing in San Jose Thursday evening, a police officer said. Jose Alfredo Espinoza, a San Jose resident, was killed after a stabbing that was reported just before 7 p.m. Thursday on Kollmar Drive near Story Road, police Officer Jermaine Thomas said. Arriving officers found Espinoza and another teenage boy suffering from stab wounds. The two victims were taken to a local hospital where Espinoza died, Thomas said. The other boy is expected to survive. No arrests have been made in connection with the stabbing, according to Thomas. The homicide was the third in San Jose this year, Thomas said.
