150 Mexican police and soldiers became involved in an hour long shootout with drug cartel members in Michoacan. The police and soldiers were raiding a drug cartel safe house when they came under fire from gang members inside the house. Five gang members were arrest at the end of the gunbattle. An hour later, car loads of other gang members countered attacked. They drove up and fired on the soldiers and police until they driven off.
