Police have arrested two suspected gang members in connection with the murder of a 21-year-old man in Daly City Sunday night and are looking for a third, a police lieutenant said today.Rene Castro, 22, a suspected member of the “31st Street” Norteno gang was taken into custody early this morning at his home on Vienna Street in San Francisco in connection with the death of South San Francisco resident Jessie Wiley, Lt. Jay Morena said.Another suspect, 22-year-old Horacio Vega, also a suspected member of the “31st Street” gang, was apprehended Wednesday afternoon in San Francisco, Morena said.Both were arrested on suspicion of being an accessory to murder, assault with a deadly weapon and participating in a criminal street gang, Morena said. Wiley died after being struck by a sport utility vehicle on King Drive at about 8 p.m. Sunday following a fight at a nearby Little Caesars Pizza parlor that spilled onto the street.Police believe Wiley was hit intentionally and are treating the death as a homicide. Investigators are still searching for a third suspect in the case, 20-year-old Matthew Sean Mouton, Morena said. Mouton is believed to have been driving the SUV that killed Wiley, and is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 160 pounds with a visible tattoo reading “gutta mob” on the left side of his neck, Morena said. The SUV is a black GMC Yukon Denali with California license plate 6FSU426.
