* 63 Year Old Woman is Attacked in Her Home on Branham Lane in San Jose

Police are trying to identify a man who sexually assaulted a 63-year-old woman in her San Jose home Monday morning. Officers responded to a report of a sexual assault at a home in the 500 block of Branham Lane East at about 6:15 a.m. Monday. A man in his early 30s had entered the home and attacked the victim, police said. The suspect was described as a clean-shaven white or Hispanic man with black hair and medium build, standing about 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He was wearing a black jacket and shorts.
