Police in Fremont have identified a man they believe was killed by his brother-in-law Tuesday morning.Officers found Rei-Shiun Lin, 50, shot in his home at 1050 Quintana Way at about 6:40 a.m. Tuesday,police Detective William Veteran said.Lin’s wife had called 911 to report that her brother had just shot her husband and left in a white Ford pickup truck, police said.Some witnesses at the scene speculated that Lin’s brother-in-law, 47-year-old Lei Huang, had gone to his home on Franklin Avenue in Fremont, but others said he might be on his way to the airport to flee the country.San Francisco police arrested Huang two hours later as he entered a terminal at San Francisco International Airport, Veteran said. Meanwhile, Fremont police, who had spotted Huang’s truck near his Franklin Avenue address, evacuated neighbors and brought in a SWAT team not knowing whether Huang was inside the home.Police received word of Huang’s arrest as tactical officers were clearing the scene.Witnesses told police that Huang killed Lin over family issues,Veteran said.
