A Santa Rosa man has been arrested on suspicion of supplying alcohol and drugs to a teenage girl and then sexually assaulting her.Investigators on Thursday began looking into allegations that 50-year-old John Heglin had sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl after providing her with drugs and alcohol, police said.Detectives served a search warrant at Heglin’s home on Yulupa Avenue and found evidence indicating he had victimized at least three juvenile teenage girls over the past year, according to police. Some of the assaults were filmed, police said.Heglin was arrested on suspicion of rape of an intoxicated person, oral copulation of a person under 18, possession and manufacture of child pornography,furnishing a controlled substance to a minor and unlawful sex with a minor. Additional charges are possible based on information gathered since Heglin’s arrest, police said.Anyone with information on the alleged crimes is asked to call Santa Rosa police Sgt.
