A 21-year-old man who was struck and killed by a car in Daly City Sunday night in what police have labeled a homicide has been identified as Jessie Wiley, of South San Francisco, a police sergeant said today.Wiley and another person had apparently gotten into a fight with two others at a Little Caesar’s Pizza parlor in the area of King Drive and Callan Boulevard at about 8 p.m., Daly City police Sgt. David Mackriss said.The fight spilled out into the street and at some point, a dark,American-made sport utility vehicle struck Wiley on King Drive, Mackriss said. Investigators believe Wiley was hit intentionally.He was pronounced dead at the scene. No suspects have been arrested, and police are hoping witnesses will come forward with information. Both suspects are Hispanic and in their 20s, and one is described as light-skinned and about 5 feet 10 inches tall with a ponytail. Mackriss could not provide a description of the other suspect.It has not been determined whether the incident was gang-related, he said.The last homicide in Daly City occurred on Feb. 19, 2009.Anyone with information about Sunday night’s murder is asked to call Daly City police Detective Gregg Oglesby at (650) 991-8172.
