Two 15-year-old boys were arrested Wednesday evening after they allegedly carjacked someone at gunpoint, then drove around in the stolen car flashing weapons at people, Richmond police Sgt. Bisa French said today. The carjacking was reported shortly before 6:50 p.m. in the area of Fourth Street and Chanslor Avenue. A short time after the carjacking, officers spotted the stolen
vehicle in the 1500 block of Maine Avenue and took the two boys, both Richmond residents, into custody, French said.  No injuries were reported.
