* Another Richmond Teen Shot On South 22nd Street

A 17-year-old boy was shot in the leg in Richmond on Monday evening, Richmond police Sgt. Bisa French said today.The Police Department’s ShotSpotter system detected gunfire at about 5:20 p.m. in the 200 block of South 22nd Street, French said.Officers responded to the area and found a vehicle that had been shot at.While officers were at the scene, the victim showed up at Kaiser Permanente’s Richmond Medical Center with a gunshot wound to his leg. He is expected to survive, French said.No suspects have been identified.
