* Daly City Police Seeking Ervin Adrian Cua-Calderon for Alleged Parental Abduction of His Son Rey Josue Cua-Borja

The Daly City Police Department is currently seeking Ervin Adrian Cua-Calderon on a warrant charging him with the parental abduction of his son Rey Josue Cua-Borja and violation of a court order. According to Detective Gregg Oglesby, a court order is on file that states that Rey’s mother has full legal and physical custody of him. Calderon only has visitation rights. Detective Oglesby states that Calderon allegedly did not return the Rey after a visit. He later called the mother to tell her he was taking the boy away. Calderon said he was in Los Angeles and also allegedly said he might take the boy to the father’s family in Merida, which is located in the Yucatan area of Mexico.
