* San Jose Police Arrest Khang Hoang and Toan Vo on Suspicion of Various Marijuana Charges

Police arrested two people and cited one other after finding nearly 500 marijuana plants and $82,000 in cash in a San Jose home Tuesday, a spokesman said today. Officers received numerous tips about marijuana cultivation happening in a home in the 1800 block of Mac Duee Way, according to Sgt. Ronnie Lopez. Police executed a search warrant at about 5 p.m. and  confiscated the plants and cash, plus a large bag of marijuana, he said.  San Jose residents Khang Hoang, 32, and Toan Vo, 40 were arrested and booked on suspicion of various marijuana charges, he said. Duc Tri Vo, 39, was cited and released at the scene, he said.

    damn it. legalized marijuana now. cops should involve in more serious crimes like murders and rapes and not bother with people smoking grass.
    you are wasting taxpayers’ monies.
