* Jack Foster,Brian Murphy And Jennifer Curtis All Arrested In Antioch Marijuana Grow House

Police arrested three people in Antioch on Tuesday afternoon in connection with a large-scale marijuana grow, Antioch police said today.Narcotics investigators served a search warrant at a home on Tulare Court shortly before 1:30 p.m. Tuesday and found more than 200 marijuana plants growing in the garage, police said.They arrested Jack Foster,a 44-year-old resident of the home, along with Brian Murphy, a 45-year-old Antioch resident, and Jennifer Curtis, a 29-year-old Brentwood resident, who were at the house when investigators served the search warrant.All three were arrested on suspicion of marijuana cultivation and conspiracy. Foster and Curtis were also arrested on suspicion of marijuana sales and child endangerment because Curtis allegedly repeatedly brought her infant to the house, police said.Foster was also arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen firearm, which had been taken from Butte County in 2008, and theft of utilities, according to police.The electricity in the garage had been illegally wired to avoid utility charges, police said.Foster and Curtis are being held at the Martinez Detention Facility awaiting formal charges from the district attorney’s office. Murphy was released pending further investigation, police said.
