Four Santa Rosa teenagers were arrested Saturday for felony battery after allegedly beating a victim unconscious and attacking a second person with a stun gun, police said.Police identified three of the suspects as Jonathan Alexander Abrigo, 18, Ismael Emilio Perez, 19, and Emmanuel Alvares Flores, 18. The fourth suspect is a 16-year-old boy whose name has been withheld because of his age. The arrests came after several people reported that someone was being chased near Pomo Trail and Iroquois Street at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, police said. Arriving officers were directed to a victim who was lying on the sidewalk, unconscious. He was treated at the scene and then transported to a hospital. Officers were told that several people had yelled gang epithets at the victim before chasing him, assaulting him and knocking him unconscious. Police then discovered that one of the suspects had approached a second victim and assaulted that person with a stun gun. The suspects had fled in a dark-colored Mercedes.Police located the Mercedes and arrested its occupants for felony battery causing serious bodily harm and felony gang enhancements. Flores was also arrested for felony assault with a stun gun, and Perez was arrested for three outstanding misdemeanor warrants, police said. A stun gun and baseball bat were found in the car.
