The Sunnyvale Police Department is asking for Fugitive Watch viewers help to identify the suspect in these photos. According to Detective Jim Choi, on December 22nd 2009, at about 2pm, this suspect allegedly robbed Al’s Liquor Store at 610 East Evelyn Drive. The suspect and an unknown accomplice entered the liquor store and attempted to rob the cashier. Once inside, this suspect brandished a semi automatic assault rifle and demanded money. The suspect allegedly used the gun to strike the cashier in the head. The suspects then fled the scene when their demands were ignored.
