The Northern California Computer Crimes Task Force isattempting to identify the suspect in these photos. Detective Sanjay Ramrakha reports that this suspect allegedly stole the identity of several victims using them to open credit accounts in high end retail stores from January 2009 to May 2009. He was known to frequent Fry’s Electronics, Costco, and Kohl’s along the Hwy 80 corridor eg. Fremont, Concord, Sacramento, Roseville.
