A man and two girls were shot at a restaurant near San Francisco’s Ferry Building Saturday night, a police sergeant said today. The shooting was reported shortly before 10:40 p.m. at Sinbad’s Pier 2 Restaurant, according to San Francisco police Sgt. Wilfred Williams. A 19-year-old man, a 15-year-old girl and a 12-year-old girl were injured in the shooting, Williams said. All three victims were taken to San Francisco General Hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening, he said. The shooting took place during a party being held at the restaurant. Williams said a verbal dispute led to the gunshots. Several people were detained following the shooting. One man was arrested for a weapons offense, but investigators have not determined if he was involved in the shooting, Williams said.
