* Denton Connor and Robert Yard Arrested in Undercover Prostitution Stings

A series of undercover prostitution stings have led to a number of arrests in Vacaville, according to police. The most recent arrests occurred Dec. 17 after an undercover officer posing as a prostitute was contacted by two men who agreed to paycash for sex acts, police said. The men, Vacaville residents Denton Connor, 50, and Robert Yard, 39, were arrested and booked into Solano County jail. On Nov. 4, detectives contacted a woman who was posting ads online offering sex acts for money, according to police. Christina Lamb, 35, was arrested for soliciting prostitution at her apartment at 1500 Alamo Drive. Lamb’s husband, 40-year-old Samuel Lamb, was arrested for pimping his wife and for not updating police to his current address, which is required as a registered sex offender. On Oct. 15, an undercover operation at K & M Massage at 500 Merchant St. netted an arrest, according to police. Sacramento resident Lina Nguyen, 34, was arrested for soliciting prostitution and a safe streets city ordinance was filed against the owner of the business.
