The Solano County Sheriff’s Office is searching for the owner of a house in Suisun City where more than 600 marijuana plants were discovered Thursday. A sheriff’s SWAT team found the plants during a raid of an uninhabited house in the 400 block of Amber Drive at around 9 p.m., according to the sheriff’s office. Officers found approximately 615 plants worth around $3 million, as well as .40- and .45-caliber ammunition. No arrests were made, but investigators are trying to locate
47-year-old San Francisco resident Aaron Jerome Johnson. Johnson is the listed property owner of the home, which is in foreclosure proceedings, according to the sheriff’s office. Investigators believe Johnson still has access to the home and
will know something about the illegal growing operation. Anyone with information regarding the case is asked to contact
sheriff’s investigators at (707) 784-1351.
