Ortega is described as Hispanic Male, 5′-7′ tall, 180 lbs, black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen drinking with the victim on July 23rd, 2005 in the area of Castroville, California. Ortega is believed to be in the Oxnard or Central Valley area of California.
