Two men were arrested Monday in connection with two residential burglaries in Santa Rosa over the weekend, police said.The burglaries happened sometime between late Friday and early Saturday in the 3900 block of Little Rock Avenue and the 2400 block of Creekside Road. In both cases, the suspects entered the homes while residents were sleeping.At about 11:30 a.m. Monday, detectives investigating the burglaries searched a home in the 2300 block of Maher Drive and recovered stolen laptops and credit cards, police said.The detectives arrested Peter Dowd and Jeffrey Ziegler, both 20-year-old Santa Rosa residents. Both were booked into Sonoma County jail on charges of possession of stolen property and conspiracy. Dowd was also booked for burglary, police said.Anyone with information about the burglaries is asked to call Detective Daniel Shacklett at (707) 543-3575.
