* Oracio Garcia Punzo Shot Several Times on Wigeon Way Suisun City

Suisun City police are investigating the shooting of a Fairfield man as he walked along Wigeon Way late Monday morning. Oracio Garcia Punzo, 22, was shot several times in the abdomen and legs by a man who confronted him as he walked in the 700 block of Wigeon Way at about 11:45 a.m., police said. The shooter then ran east on Bald Pate Drive. Punzo was taken to North Bay Medical Center. Police did not have an update on his condition this morning.  The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, 19-21 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall with a thin build and a mustache, police said. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, white T-shirt and blue jeans. The motive for the shooting is unknown.
