* Gilroy had a ShotGun Fired Into A House On Dowdy Street

Police in Gilroy are trying to identify two people they say fired a shotgun into an occupied home on Monday night.Officers responded to a report of a shooting at a home in the 7200 block of Dowdy Street at about 10:15 p.m.Two males wearing dark clothing and black bandanas over their faces were seen in front of the home when rounds from a shotgun were fired through the front windows, police said.The suspects ran away before police arrived.Several people, including children, were inside the home at the time of the shooting, but no injuries were reported.Police have not identified the suspects but said evidence was collected at the crime scene.
