A 56-year-old Fremont man pleaded guilty today in federal court in Oakland to possession of child pornography, the Department of Justice said. Allan Dennis Lacy admitted to having more than 600 images of children engaged in sexual acts, including intercourse, according to the department. He acknowledged some of the images were of prepubescent children. The prosecution was the result of a two-year investigation by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office of Investigations and the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice said. Lacy’s sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 17 in Oakland. The maximum sentence for each count of child pornography is 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and restitution to victims if appropriate.
