* San Jose Halloween Shooting Of 12-Year-Old On Story Road 3 Suspects Arrested

Police in San Jose have arrested three teens in connection with a shooting of a 12-year-old boy and the stabbing of his 13-year-old friend while they were trick-or-treating Halloween night, a spokesman said.Two suspects are 16 years old and the third is 15, according to Sgt. Ronnie Lopez. Their names were not released because they are juveniles.Police say the attacks were gang-related, although the victims are not affiliated with a gang.The boys were attacked shortly after 10 p.m. Saturday while they were trick-or-treating in the 2000 block of Story Road, Lopez said. The 12-year-old boy who was shot remains in grave condition, and his friend who was stabbed is recovering, police said.
