Police are looking for a teenager who robbed an arts and crafts store in Fairfield on Monday night by simulating a weapon.Officers responded to a report of a robbery at Michaels Store at 1310 Gateway Blvd. at about 9:10 p.m.The robbery occurred as an employee was locking the front door while holding the cash drawer, police said. Before the door was secured, the teen entered, pushed the employee to the floor and took the drawer. The suspect allegedly simulated a gun beneath his clothing. He was described as a 16- to 18-year-old black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall with a stocky build and wearing a dark-colored hoodie.Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact the Fairfield Police Department at (707) 428-7300.
