* Victor Cabrera Wanted by Marina and Monterey Police for the Alleged Murder of His Girlfriend Roshni Singh

The Marina and Monterey Police Departments are currently seeking Victor Cabrera on warrants charging him with Murder, Murder for Financial Gain and Conspiracy to Commit Murder. Detectives report that on September 28th, 2008 Cabrera allegedly murdered Roshni Singh. He then allegedly staged a robbery and kidnapping to cover up the murder. As part of his plot he called the police and told them he was tied up and robbed and the robbers had kidnapped Singh. He later fled when his girlfriend’s body was found. Police believe Cabrera fled to Mexico but he may have now returned back the US. Monterey County Sheriff’s deputies are also seeking him on warrants charging him with elder abuse.
