* Murder Arrest San Jose 4100 Block Of Hamilton Avenue Possible Domestic Violence

A woman was arrested late this morning after she allegedly went into a San Jose store and said she had killed a man, a police sergeant said.Officers went to a market in the 4100 block of Hamilton Avenue at about 11:20 a.m. on reports of a suspicious circumstance, Sgt. Ronnie Lopez said.Arriving officers learned a woman had walked into the store and told someone inside she had killed someone, Lopez said. Investigators located a man’s body nearby and the woman was taken into custody.”At this point, the motive appears to be domestic violence,” Lopez said, adding that case remains under investigation.Lopez did not release the cause of death or where the victim was found,saying it would jeopardize the investigation.

Dear The Lovely police Department, I wonder if there has been an investigation of medical malpractice of Carol since she was prescribed Vicoden forgive any misspelling. Which gave her a significant drug interaction with her Seroyquill (a nerve blocker) that resulted in a crime occurring. Another unexplained instance that occurred recently that I am not sure which jurisdiction is under Carol’s death due to a Halliodal injection. That in more than one documented occurrences she was highly allergic to, and resulted in her airways closing off and violently choking to death. However still my question is something going to be done?

Although I cannot seem to down load a picture of this police report it seems to have discrepancies, and I can direct quote things in it.SJPD continuation ADDITIONAL: THE SISTER OF THE (s) IS CURRENTLY IN CUSTODY PENDING TRIAL FOR 187 PC. THE GRANDPARENTS (0-1&10) ARE SEEKING PERMANENT CUSTODY OF 0-5 & 0-6.05&0-6) ARE THE CHILDREN OF THE SISTER. Now what does this have to do with me in a police report of alleged criminal nature. It seems as if I was profiled a month later with my sister. Although I know that I am innocent of the allegation who else will?

The problem I have with my sister Carol Gammill (Reposa) still being listed here on fugitive.com is that she is no longer alive. While she was alive she had suffered for years without the proper diagnosis or medications with Bi Polar disorder as well as post dramatic stress disorder. The day this accident happened in Oct 2009, she had been prescribed vicodin when she was already taking the anti-psychotic Seroquel. She did not know that there is a drug interaction between the two.
My sister was never a violent person. She was the most loving caring and giving sister, mother, daughter and friend to everyone. She was also a devout Christian and became friends with everyone who met her. I’m so upset that she is still listed on this website. She was transferred to Patton State Hospital in San Bernardino, CA in June 2010 where she ultimately passed away in Nov 2011 from Anaphylactic Shock, when she was given a shot of Haldol which she was highly allergic to. An investigation and lawsuit is pending with Patton State Hospital due to the fact that they are hiding records as to what medications she was allergic to and that they “supposedly” didn’t know that in her medical records. All of this will come out that she was very sick but was also allergic to many medications. My sister Carol Elizabeth Gammill (Reposa) was a victim of Pattons negligence and they are guilty (in my opinion) of her wrongful death.
She is now resting in peace in Heaven with God and no longer suffering from this evil world. She is with Robin, her boyfriend and as he had said, “Carol you are my soul mate, I will see you again but I have to go now.”
