* Watsonville Police Investigating Drive by Shooting into McDonalds on Main Street

Watsonville police are investigating a shooting into a McDonald’s restaurant late Sunday night that may have resulted from road rage.Officers responded at 11:59 p.m. to a report of gunshots fired into the restaurant at 1459 Main St. No one was injured in the shooting, according to police. Prior to the shooting, two vehicles were driving recklessly between Main Street and Progress Street when an occupant inside one of the cars fired a handgun, police said. The bullet pierced the window of the restaurant.
