* David Fraire And Patrocino Hernandez Wanted In Connection To Murder Of Ricky Meyi Vallejo Man

Arrest warrants have been issued for four additional suspects in connection with the murder of a Vallejo man whose body was found in a field near Dixon last year.Three other suspects are in custody in the Solano County jail, Solano County Sheriff’s Lt. Gary Faulkner said this morning. All seven were indicted by a Solano County grand jury last month for the murder of 50-year-old Ricky Vincent Meyi.Orlando Madueno, 21, of Vallejo, was arrested Monday while in custody of federal immigration agents in Arizona, Faulkner said. Aronulfo Hernandez, 33, of Vallejo was arrested at the Vallejo state parole office on Monday and Brian Duvauchelle, 36, of Fairfield, was arrested Tuesday in the Solano County jail where he was being held on unrelated charges, Faulkner said.The outstanding suspects are David W. Fraire, 36, of Vallejo; Patrocino L. Hernandez, 20, of Vallejo; Anthony T. Richard, 33, of Richmond; and Sandra L. Smith, 41, of Vallejo.Fraire, Hernandez and Richard are wanted for murder and torture, and Smith is wanted for being an accessory to a crime, Faulkner said.Meyi’s body was found by a man on horseback in a field near state Highway 113 between Dixon and Rio Vista on Jan. 13. He had last been seen in Vallejo on Jan. 2.Faulkner would not disclose how Meyi was killed and said the murder is still under investigation.
