* No Suspect in Custody After Early Morning Rape in the 1600 Block of San Antonio Way Oakland

Oakland police are investigating a rape that occurred in the city early this morning.  The incident was reported shortly after 2:50 a.m. in the 1600 block of San Antonio Way, according to police. The suspect allegedly raped and engaged in forced oral copulation with a female victim, police said. The victim was taken to a local hospital where she is in stable condition, according to police. No arrests have been made in connection with the rape, police said.
