Prosecutors in Contra Costa County today charged four men with murder for a gang-related shooting Sunday at a Richmond restaurant that left two people dead.Richmond police arrested Eliseo Flores, 22, Steven Miranda, 20, Ignacio Ruiz, 28, and Victor Torres, 19, all Richmond residents, for the killings of Intaz Ahmed, 32, of Richmond, and Alvaro Garcia, 23, of Daly City.The men were shot dead Sunday evening at the Pit Boss Barbeque at 12889 San Pablo Ave., while sitting at the bar having drinks, according to police.Police believe the four suspects are affiliated with the Sureno street gang, and that the victims have ties to the rival Norteno gang.Flores, Miranda, Ruiz and Torres were each charged this afternoon with two counts of murder, according to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office. Attached to the murder charges are special-circumstance gang enhancements and allegations of multiple murders that could make the men eligible for the death penalty if convicted.
